Overlooking uptown Dallas from thirty-one stories above, this project worked with the owner and their representation to develop designs for the new condominiums’ large terrace. The culminating approach achieves a dynamic environment that can reflect the energized night life of the city or produce a calm and relaxing climate. Significant additions include an amply equipped wet bar, retractable solar shading, and an outdoor projection system displayed on a rotating screen.
